Reverse Trade Show
Don't miss your opportunity to have pre-set meetings with OR leaders at AORN Global Surgical Conference & Expo 2026. Meet one-on-one with nurse executives and decision makers from top surgical volume facilities in the U.S.

Meetings will take place on April 12, 2026 from 7am until 12pm. Each meeting provides the opportunity to establish a connection with an OR leader, highlight solutions, determine interest levels, and outline the next steps.
How it Works

Exhibitors receive a block of 25 five-minute meetings (can purchase up to 3 blocks). All meetings in the block are arranged for you and you will receive a minute-by-minute schedule.

AORN matches the most qualified facilities (based on Medicare financial specialty data) to meet with each company.

Spend five minutes with each facility decision-maker to present your products/services and provide takeaway collateral.

Up to two representatives can participate in each five-minute meeting.

Any sales materials provided to nurse executives are subject to AORN approval and must be easily moved by hand from table to table.
In addition to valuable feedback from nurse executive attendees, exhibitors will receive the following recognition from AORN:

Let me start off by saying that AORN's Reverse Trade Show component is one of the best uses of my time and energy that I've ever expended at a trade show. It is just that useful. In short, the format that the AORN team utilizes for their Reverse Trade Show is fantastic. It has a great flow, it ensures the talks never dive into an awkward lull, and it's filled with people that are there because they want to learn more about products that can help them. It's win-win all around. Highly recommended, 10/10 would do Reverse Trade Show again.
